We offer a wide range of shipping options due to our long-standing relationships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse personnel will pack each item according to our strict requirements. Before shipping the goods are carefully inspected and secured. We ship to thousands clients every day from all over the world. Please note that orders with more than one item will be subject to a processing period that is based to the item.
Prior to shipment, we examine the items ordered thoroughly. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic, and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of multiple entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. The stock can change at any time. It is possible that your order may be out of stock once the order has been placed.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If you haven't received your product within 30 days, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
For your item to be returned, it must be unopened and in the same state as you received it in. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
